It is fascinating to look at which companies are being purchased by private equity firms, from make-up and beauty companies to children’s toy companies. In recent news, MidOcean Partners with Ted Virtue acquired KidKraft Inc., a leading designer and manufacturer of juvenile products, furniture, play sets and more.

First established in 1968, KidKraft is a leader in the industry for the design, development, marketing and distribution of award-winning products. The Company has a tremendous track record of growth across geographies, retailers, and channels with both existing and new products and a world-class supply chain. We see numerous opportunities for increasing KidKraft’s global presence, including through acquisition, and look forward to working with this talented team.”
