As the economic climate has shown, New York is not always the most stable place in the US.

We were therefore not shocked to learn that a large Austin Condos project was reaching out to local advertising venues in the New York area to offer their southern lifestyle alternative to City Living.
I for one would consider a condo like this – but I am not sure about the commute!
