We’ve never seen as much parking in Park Slope as there is in this photo. Seriously, though, this is Eighth Street, which has been torn up forever for a sewer project and which has been a horror for drivers for months. It looks as though, with work having drawn to a close, the city is actually geting ready to repave the street. Unless it is going to pave a hump in the middle.
