Outside the Brooklyn Weather Observatory we are seeing all the makings of a nasty day. Last night’s chill and wind has been followed by this morning’s chill, wind and heavy rain. The official forecast calls for “windy and colder with rain” and a high of only 50. Tonight will be cloudy and windy with some rain and a low of 44. Spring returns tomorrow.–Accuweather
